Beit Tikvah Group Residence
The Beit Tikvah Group Residence welcomes up to four young women living with developmental disabilities. The residence provides a comfortable environment that meets diverse developmental, emotional, and physical requirements. To ensure a safe environment, trained direct care staff offer 24/7 supervision.
During their time at Beit Tikvah, residents are encouraged to prepare for greater living independence. Our team works with each resident to define habilitation goals and increase autonomy, as well as to emphasize community integration through a variety of unique programming. Residents and their guests partake in essential Jewish traditions and holidays during their stay, providing a strong connection to their spiritual community.

Ahavath Achim Apartments
The Ahavath Achim Apartments for adults offer an affordable independent living community with a variety of essential amenities. Ten moderately priced apartments provide a safe, welcoming environment set within the Jewish Health and Rehabilitation Center. This location allows easy access to the center’s full range of recreational, cultural, and spiritual services, as well as numerous opportunities for socialization with neighbors. Social opportunities include:
- Recreational activities
- Community outings
- An outdoor walking path
- Screened porches
- Scheduled transportation, including weekly courtesy rides to Wegman’s each Wednesday
Each carpeted, unfurnished apartment features large appliances and includes all utilities except phone and cable TV. Residents enjoy reserved parking, maintenance services, on-site complimentary laundry, and weekly housekeeping services. For those who prefer to dine with community members, meals may be purchased from the Jewish Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Safety is also a top priority, and each bedroom and bathroom features pull cords linked to the Jewish Health and Rehabilitation Center to notify healthcare professionals in the event of an emergency. Thanks to a daily check-in system and 24-hour security, residents and their loved ones enjoy greater peace of mind.

Rothschild Adult Day Care
When adults require additional support for medical needs and activities of daily living, a residency program isn’t always appropriate. The Rothschild Adult Day Care provides a medical-model program that serves adults of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and physical and mental conditions. Services are offered for those who have been recently discharged from hospitals and other care facilities, people with temporary and permanent disabilities, and individuals coping with accidents, strokes, and other health concerns. Our team of experienced professionals helps program participants improve daily living skills, emotional well-being, and physical function to achieve greater community involvement and improved quality of life.
Rothschild Adult Day Care services include:
- Medical management
- Physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation therapies
- Education
- Support with personal hygiene and grooming
- Exercise, discussion groups, cooking, film viewings, trips, guest speakers, crafting, music, and other therapeutic activities
- Social work and case management, including counseling, advocacy, home visitation, and family liaisons
- Skilled nursing coordinated with a primary care physician
- Nutritional assessments and monitoring
- Individualized therapeutic diets
The program also provides a morning/afternoon snack and serves a hot lunch daily.
