Application, Admissions, and Apartment Features

If you’re considering assisted living or have already decided it’s your next step, fill out our Residency Application. Once that’s complete, a member of our staff will be in touch with you about our admissions process. The information you’ll receive from this process helps if you move onto our campus or if there is a change in service. You may even qualify for financial assistance!

Once your application is approved and you select an apartment, here are things you’ll be able to look forward to:

  • Every budget-friendly apartment includes utilities.
  • You can choose a furnished apartment or move into an unfurnished one and decorate it yourself.
  • Housekeeping and laundry services are provided weekly.

Other Services

You should be able to enjoy retirement without worry, so here are some of the additional services we offer to our residents:

  • Complete continuum of care with on-duty nursing staff, assistance with bathing and dressing, help with medications, and more
  • 24-hour supervision and safety check-ins every two hours

How We’re Handling Visitation and COVID-19

Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have made the health and safety of our residents, families, and staff our top priority. Here are some of the ongoing measures we’ve instated to prevent COVID cases at The Inn:

  • Residents are required to keep to their floors unless attending an appointment.
  • Staff members are tested weekly.
  • We are monitoring residents for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Hand sanitizer locations are placed throughout common areas.
  • Staff and residents are required to wear masks at all times.
  • New residents must quarantine for 14 days before using the common room.

If you plan to visit someone at The Inn, you must schedule ahead of time, and all visits are restricted to their respective room. Here are our visitation rules:

  • Visitors must sign in at the front desk for screening and then proceed to the resident's room.
  • Visits are limited to one hour.
  • Visits are monitored by staff occasionally to ensure everyone holds to safety protocols.
  • Residents are allowed two people per visit, and anyone visiting under the age of 16 must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older.

Now more than ever, staying active and engaging in social activities is vital to a healthy lifestyle, especially in the wake of a pandemic. Extended periods of isolation are dangerous, which is why our activities director created a specially customized schedule of residential activities to encourage socialization while keeping with recommended safety protocols.

The menu at The Inn boasts restaurant-style entrees and an impressive assortment of additional foods at every meal. Our residents enjoy three healthy, balanced meals served in all three of our dining rooms.  We recognize that many people have specialized diets, which is why we work with each one of our residents to come up with a meal plan that suits their dietary requirements.

Admissions / Application

Want to be part of our community? Request your application!

Prior to admission, we require a prospective resident to complete an application for residency. You can request a copy of our application from this site. As a part of a continuing care community, this information will be helpful in the event of a change of status and/or residency within our campus.

Visitation

All visits to The Inn must be scheduled. Visits must take place in the residents' rooms. Additionally:

  • Visitors must report to the front desk to complete screening information prior to their visit
  • Visitors must remain in the resident's apartment for the duration of the visit.
  • Visits are for one hour.
  • Staff will be periodically monitoring each visit to ensure that all visitors are following visitation protocols.
  • Each resident is allowed 2 visitors at a time. Visitors under the age of 16 welcome when accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.
  • Please report to the front desk to complete the screening process prior to your visit.
