Resident Death
Sadly, yesterday morning, we lost a resident to complications of COVID.
Ongoing Monitoring and Infection Prevention
All staff continues to be screened for any symptoms, including taking their temperatures prior to the start of their shift and per executive order, being tested weekly. Additionally, we continue ongoing staff education and in-services related to infection control measures, handwashing, and proper use of PPE.
Under the guidance of our medical staff and infection prevention nurse, in conjunction with the County and State Health departments, we are adjusting policies and procedures when necessary.
