We continue to receive questions regarding compassionate care visits.
Up until the last four months, while other facilities remained closed to families, we were providing in-person and virtual visits. The very nature of this pandemic has caused prolonged isolation from families and friends for ALL of our residents. Offering visits for families and friends is within the DOH and CMS guidelines of what would be considered a compassionate care visit.
As always, if you have non -medical questions concerning your loved one’s care, please contact your assigned social worker. If your questions are regarding clinical care, please contact your nurse manager.
