New Medical Providers at Menorah Park

Recently, both Dr. Marc Erlebacher and Dr. Jeffrey Sneider informed us that they are retiring from their Jewish Home positions by the end of April. Both physicians have served the Jewish Home residents with excellence for over 25 years. We thank them for their commitment, leadership, responsiveness, and direction through these years.
The transition to our new and outstanding medical staff will be immediate and we welcome them to the Jewish Home:
- Renante Ignacio, MD – Medical Director
With more than 30 years’ experience, Dr. Ignacio specializes in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Hospice & Palliative Medicine. Dr. Ignacio will not see patients, but he will provide overall leadership and administrative medical direction and coordination of medical care for our residents. He will also provide guidance on policies and procedures and be an active member in our infection control, quality assurance, and other process improvement initiatives.
- Kyle Hagenbuch, MD – Assistant Medical Director and Attending Physician
Dr. Hagenbuch is board certified in internal medicine and will assume a leadership role at The Jewish Home, assisting Dr. Ignacio. Dr. Hagenbuch will do rounds and medical visits to our residents. He is a full-time hospitalist at Crouse and is very excited to join our team.
- TEAM Health Physician Services Group who provide physicians and nurse practitioners to work directly in long-term care environments is now partnering with The Jewish Home. Nurse practitioner, Debra Webb, ANP, from TEAM Health, has started integrating with us with the intent to work full time at The Jewish Home.
For residents that are enrolled in the OPTUM ISNP program, nothing will change, and your loved one will still see Nicole Johnson, NP on a regular basis.
